By engaging our digital technology, web architecture, or software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.</p><h2>2. Scope of Services</h2><p>DigiRox provides specialized professional technology services including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software Engineering, CRM/CMS Development, and Performance Marketing as specified in mutual Project Scope Documents.</p><h2>3. Intellectual Property</h2><p>Upon final settlement of all invoiced amounts, the Client receives 100% full ownership of custom code, graphics, and content developed specifically for the project.</p><h2>4. Governing Law</h2><p>These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, with sole legal jurisdiction resting in the competent courts situated in <strong>Ranchi, Jharkhand, India</strong>.</p>
