Role Overview
We are seeking an elite Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the architectural development of high-velocity web platforms, custom APIs, and headless software systems for national and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Architect clean, modular web platforms and REST APIs in PHP 8.3 and Next.js.
Ensure 100/100 Lighthouse benchmark scores across all production deployments.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and manage staging deployments.
Collaborate directly with founders and technical leaders to map requirements into code.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Demonstrated 3+ years experience with modern PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and React/Next.js.
Deep understanding of database optimization, indexing, and Redis caching.
Experience building headless WordPress platforms or bespoke CRM/ERP systems.
Clean code discipline, Git proficiency, and knowledge of Linux server environments.
